With over 2 years in primary market due diligence and investment consulting, combined with over 4 years in business development and global HR solutions, Ariane brings strong cross-border expertise. She currently focuses on supporting Rivermate in the China market. Her work centers on client acquisition and brand localization, providing EOR, global payroll, PPO, RPO, BPO, work visa, and corporate services. She has experience across Japan, Southeast Asia, the UK, Canada, Germany, and the Middle East, supporting cases such as Indonesia Local EOR, Malaysia Expat EOR and work visa, Germany Blue Card, Hong Kong work visa and Expat EOR, and Singapore EP. Her goal is to help clients navigate cross-border HR/EOR/Visa challenges while building strong local partnerships in China.
