She works closely with in-country HR, legal, and compliance experts across 180+ jurisdictions to translate the complexity of global employment into clear, practical guidance for HR leaders and founders scaling international teams. She brings close to a decade of B2B marketing leadership experience, with a focus on HR technology, global workforce operations, and people-centric brand building. Vivien is also a certified Gestalt Therapist and Organizational Coach, which shapes how she thinks about work, leadership, and the employee experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Corvinus University of Budapest.

Global research firm Everest Group has named Rivermate a Major Contender in its Employer of Record (EoR) Solutions PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026, which evaluated 29 EoR providers on market impact, vision and capability. This is Rivermate’s first inclusion in the research. It follows a year of growth: in April, Eos Global Expansion, Serviap Global and Hightekers’ EoR operations merged under the Rivermate brand, and in June the group acquired Indian EoR and payroll provider Remunance.
