Das Führungsteam von Rivermate vereint fast 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Arbeitsrecht, mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte Führungserfahrung in HR und Finanzen sowie über 15 Jahre in der globalen Mobilität, mit regionaler Expertise in APAC, Lateinamerika, dem Nahen Osten und Europa. Unsere über 100 Teammitglieder arbeiten in 14 Ländern und betreuen Kunden in über 180 Märkten weltweit.
Seit dem Beitritt zur Hightekers-Gruppe im April 2026 teilt Rivermate dieses Führungsteam – eine Gruppe von Menschen, die sich dafür einsetzt, globale Beschäftigung für beide Marken einfacher zu machen.
Führungsteam
Sébastien Wakim is CEO of Rivermate and has led the Hightekers group since 2024. An early Uber employee, he launched and scaled the company's operations across multiple MENA markets before holding senior leadership roles at OLX Group. He later co-founded Wisewell, a water-technology venture active in the US and GCC. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MS in engineering from UC Berkeley.

Lucas founded Rivermate in December 2020 and has since focused on building practical solutions that simplify international payroll, benefits, taxes, contracts, and employment compliance for remote teams. Before Rivermate, he co-founded and co-directed Boloo, an e-learning and software company that helped entrepreneurs start and grow e-commerce businesses, scaling it to more than €2 million in annual revenue before successfully exiting in 2020. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Innovation from Avans University of Applied Sciences, and his background in entrepreneurship, technology, automation, and remote work continues to shape his approach to making global employment simpler and more human.

Chris founded Eos in 2010 and led the group's expansion, first across APAC and then globally, until joining the Rivermate group and becoming Rivermate's CEO for APAC following the rebranding in April 2026. His three decades based in Asia-Pacific have combined founding and scaling high-tech manufacturing, trading, and professional services companies across the region, as well as serving as Vice President for Financial Services APAC at IDA Ireland, and advising the British, Irish, and Japanese governments on international trade matters. He was awarded an MBE by Queen Elizabeth II for his services to industry, has served as a ShelterBox international disaster-response volunteer, and holds a joint honours degree from Durham University.

Victor co-founded Serviap Global in Mexico and led it from a business development role to CEO, building it into a global EOR provider before it joined the group in December 2025. Now CEO for Latin America, he brings nearly two decades of commercial and HR services experience, is also a co-founder of Serviap Logistics, and holds a degree in process engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio. He is based in Mexico City.

Jeff became the group's CTO in 2025 and brings more than 15 years of software engineering and technology leadership. He began his career in high-level consulting at one of Europe's leading Microsoft development partners during the early days of cloud and SaaS, and was a speaker at European Microsoft events, including Microsoft TechDays Paris in 2009 and 2010. He went on to spend four years building financial software, co-founded a fintech startup for three years, and served as VP of Engineering for an omnichannel cloud contact center solution. Jeff specializes in joining companies that have strong financials but gaps in tech and product, then building the team, processes, and roadmap from the ground up — something he has now done three times. He also mentors early-stage startups and serves on the boards of several companies. He is based in Dubai.

Ludovic has been the group's Finance Director since 2020 and brings more than 20 years of finance experience. He previously served as Finance Director at Sector Alarm France and Linguaphone France, with earlier consulting roles at June Partners and In Extenso. He holds a DESCF in accounting and finance from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III and is based in Paris.

Wouter oversees global marketing across all of the group's brands. He was appointed Group CMO in September 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in team building and marketing leadership. Based in Dubai, he has held senior regional and international roles across the technology, SaaS and consumer electronics sectors. He spent more than eight years at Microsoft, where he led Windows marketing for Western Europe, followed by two years heading EMEA marketing for Linksys at Belkin. He later spent five years at Roku, leading marketing across EMEA, Canada, and Australia.

With more than 20 years of HR experience, Kelly joined as Chief People Officer in March 2026. She has held Chief People Officer and senior leadership roles at companies such as tabby, LVL Wellbeing, Tribal, and more recently at TPConnects Technologies, with a foundation in HR systems and compensation built at the law firm Ashurst in London. Beyond her operational roles, Kelly is also a founding member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and actively contributes to the broader HR and leadership community.

Jenn has led global EOR operations since September 2025 and has served as General Manager of Eos since 2023. She brings more than 15 years of experience in global mobility and employment operations, and holds an MBA from Cardiff University. She is based in Singapore.

Will has led group sales since October 2024. His commercial career spans nearly nine years across defense, technology, and consulting: at GlobalData he headed business development for the Aerospace, Defence and Security unit, earning the company's Director's Salesperson of the Year award in 2019, with later business development leadership at ALTEN, BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, and Methods in London. He holds a degree in international business management from Swansea University and is based in Barcelona.
