Theo Oudiz is an Account Executive based in the UK. He manages the full sales cycle for Employer of Record (EOR) and Contractor of Record (COR) engagements, from the first discovery call through to onboarding and account handover. Theo works with companies hiring all over the world and helps them find the right employment structure for each situation, whether that’s a local hire, an expat relocation or a contractor setup. That means getting into local labour law, payroll, visas and contract terms, so clients have clear answers before they commit to a new market. What keeps Theo engaged is that every deal comes down to people. Behind each request there’s someone starting a new job, moving countries or building a team from scratch, and he likes being the person who makes that step feel simple. Theo works in both English and French, and he stays closely involved until everyone is onboarded and settled.
