Partner FAQs

You stay the client-facing provider and the contract owner. Rivermate signs the local employment contract with the employee through one of our 38 owned entities (or a vetted local partner in countries we don't operate directly), and runs the local payroll, benefits, statutory filings and HR support. You receive a consolidated monthly invoice and an API/data feed you can integrate into your own platform. The employee experience can be co-branded or white-labelled under your brand, depending on the country and your preference.
